Old Fashioned Halloween Costume Party at Hemlock Springs Center

Join the staff at Hemlock Springs Historic Crafts and Cultural Arts Center in Keating Summit for an Old Fashioned Halloween Costume Party. The party will be held at Hemlock Springs Center, 72 Mitcheltree Hollow Lane, Keating Summit, on Saturday, October 18 from 3 - 7pm. Activities will include a costume contest with prizes for the following adult and childrens' categories: scariest, funniest, cutest, most creative and most traditional. There will also be handmade halloween art contests for: miniature scarecrows (under 12"), handcrafted paper mache, carved pumpkins or gourds (bring what you have created at the Sizerville State Park Fall Festival or Coudersport Falling Leaves Festival!), and painted pumpkins and gourds.

Attendees can enjoy a local ghost story, stroll through the haunted habitat and dunk for apples. Refreshments includes Jack O' Lantern cookies, sloppy joes and pulled pork, finger sandwiches, caramel corn and caramel apples. Tickets are $10.00 for adults, $8.00 for children under 16 years old and free for children under the age of 2. Space is limited and reservations are required.
